Best aspects of our romantic escape were the well-designed and clean rooms, providing a comfortable and quiet stay. We were really surprised by the warm welcome we received during the lunar new year celebrations, with gifts and even a lion dance performance. The hotel's proximity to both the MRT station and shopping malls made it convenient for us to explore and indulge in some retail therapy.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, providing extra bed for child and early check-in for sick child. Rooftop pool was a highlight for the children. Afternoon snacks and evening cocktails were a pleasant surprise.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a quiet area but still close enough to the bustling city centre. The staff here provided outstanding service right from my arrival at the hotel, accommodating my requests and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The location of this venue was perfect with easy access to shopping malls and public transport. The room amenities were fantastic with comfortable beds, ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The on-site dining restaurant served buffet breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge provided happy hour. The leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, were a great way to relax.

This hotel is perfect for families with children with its wheelchair access and children's pool, as well as amenities like board games and babysitting services. I highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

As a young family, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near MRT stations and walking distance to attractions, and the night time swimming at the outdoor pool. The included breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including ice cream, and the hotel even provided a Handy Phone for free local and international calls and mobile data.

Felt well taken care of, couldn't find anything to complain about.

This hotel was great location for my needs, being very close to the MRT and near to Orchard, I was always just a few minutes from the shopping area on Orchard road. Cleanliness was great, the breakfast was great, and the staff were fantastic, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, and there was even parking available.
